Outrun the Sun Race Against Melanoma – Indianapolis (Returning in 2020) – Outrun the Sun’s 15-year anniversary event is taking place in lieu of the annual Race Against Melanoma. The race will return in 2020 and will be bigger and better than ever!
The second annual Cacklebird Classic Golf Outing was held at Prairie View Golf Club, Carmel. It was a beautiful day of golf followed by an after party. Event proceeds benefit the Bill Baker Memorial Fund at Outrun the Sun.

Celebrate Outrun the Sun’s 15-year Anniversary at Victory Field on Saturday, September 21, 2019!
Event proceeds support skin cancer education and melanoma research.
MVP Ticket: $150
The MVP Ticket experience begins at 5:30 pm.The 90-minute MVP reception includes complimentary bars in the dugouts, a signature celebration cocktail, savory hors d’oeuvres and gourmet ice cream. Also included is a celebratory swag bag, early access to our silent auction featuring celebrity-autographed shoes, wine pull, and crackerjack mystery box activity. A photo booth and caricature artist will be on site to help capture your true MVP experience! Don’t miss a moment of the action!
Main Event Ticket: $50
The Main Event Ticket experience begins at 7:00 pm. The band, Living Proof, will energize the crowd. Festive food will be served to all guests. Cash bars will be available at various locations throughout the venue. Guests may bid on celebrity-autographed shoes, enjoy a wine pull and the crackerjack mystery box activity. A photo booth will help you capture all the fun and a caricature artist will be available until 8 pm!
All guests will enjoy a ‘7th inning stretch’ complete with a sunset stroll around the field in celebration of our melanoma survivors. A laser light show grand finale will cap off the celebration!

Outrun the Sun Melanoma Research and Education Forum
Join OTS as it convenes three of its Melanoma Research Scholars from MD Anderson, Mayo Clinic and Kimmel Cancer Center. These researchers will discuss progress in melanoma research and their specific studies that are funded by OTS. The event takes place at The Willows, Indianapolis, and begins at 5:30 pm.
